Gender equality is one of the areas in which Spanish society has made further progress in recent years but much remained to be done, more in primary sectors such as agriculture where the woman has always been placed on a second or third level of any activity. In an attempt to alleviate this shortage the Tecno Rural Woman under the title project has launched ' mechanization and technification Rural sustainable: an opportunity for the integration of women ', which is an initiative of the Spanish Association of agriculture conservation/soil alive (AEAC/SV) and has the support of the Ministry of environment, Rural Environment and marine (MARM) and the European Union through the European agricultural fund for Rural Development (EAFRD).
This year they will be taught three courses on-site in three very representative of the agricultural Spain locations: in Sariñena (Huesca) from 17 to 21 October; in Montoro (Córdoba), from October 25 to November 3; and in Cuellar (Segovia), from 2 to 9 November.
