The meat sector accounts for more than a thousand of the inspections of food commercial quality, according to the MARM control

Of the total number of inspections which must be, stands out the number of them, 1,387, to be carried out in meat products, while below are edible vegetable oils which 758 controls focused primarily on olive oils will be launched and the dairy sector will be the subject of 689 inspections, 60% on the cheese. In addition, inspections will include documentary checks of authorization, records of corporations and traceability, as well as controls according to general policy, product-specific and nutritional labelling and quality control of products through the taking of samples for analysis of its composition. As it has made known the MARM through a press release with these commercial quality controls will be the objectives of "maximum effectiveness, efficiency, and maximum homogeneity" in its application, taking into account the characteristics of the various autonomous communities.
