Administrations, associations and companies are turning in support of the 'Spanish breakfast'

The signature of the holder of the MARM was only the first of dozens of accessions to the manifesto gathered in four days that has gone on this edition of the Salon international de Gourmets. Also the Ministry of agriculture and Rural development of the Junta de Extremadura, represented by its owner, José María Vázquez, stamped his signature in the manifesto. A bet that the Andalusian Agency of international promotion (Extenda) has also made itself.
But no less important is the commitment that the business world has acquired with the professional to enhance, within its scope of work, the concept of 'Breakfast Spanish'. In this sense it has particular interest the role to hotels and restaurants may play in the implementation of the model of breakfast which is proposed from the oil sector. That is the commitment they have acquired hotels of international standing as the Ritz in Madrid, Mirasierra Suites Hotel Centennial or the national chain Fontecruz hotels.
The capacity of the breakfast Spanish become the engine of the Spanish agro-industry has also led to the support of the Spanish Federation of industries of food and beverage (IFLA), the International Union of the bakery or companies in the sector of fruits as rock palaces. Only a small sample of the accessions which include media, institutions such as Citoliva, the Food technological platform for Life-Spain, Mediterranean diet Foundation or of the Gourmets group, organizer of the show which has seen the birth of the Spanish breakfast. Without forgetting, of course, Spanish olive oil sector.
