The company expects to earn a 0.5% market share on tractors during 2011

Case ih in SIMA presented their results of 2010 under a slogan that inspires confidence: 'we are ready' ('are prepared'). Last year was an excellent year for the company especially in Latin America, absorbing this market part of the decline in the European market. Case IH was awarded in SIMA your bet for the future with two awards, one gold and one silver, sicronización V2V system and for the first transmission of continuous variation of the world for tractor PTOrespectively.

Also in rotating machinery combined, Case IH expected to increase by 1% sales after the deflation suffered during 2010, with less than 7,500 units sold. Foster pointed out five challenges for the future: "Offer innovation, demonstrate" "experience to the customer, added value, help to finance - by CNH Capital-, and be the best in distribution".

For its part, and limiting ourselves to the domestic market, Xavier Autonell, responsible for Case IH in Spain, he remarked the market share gained in 2010, taking into account the significant decline in 2009. The Parisian Salon of agricultural machinery recognized the bet by the r & d of Case IH. One of the highest accolades granted by SIMA was the device of automatic synchronization V2V, world first presented at the fair. The search for productivity, one of the priorities of the company, reflected through the use of technology Efficient Power, as well as AFS (acronym in English of advanced cultivation system), which includes the V2V ('Vehicle to Vehicle' or controlling from a distance between two vehicles) that allows the synchronization of two vehicles at work, with a single driver. For example, the driver of a mower controls both the progress of the joint tractor/dump for emptying the hopper through the Wi-Fi/ZigBee connections between the two vehicles. The main machine heads, for the first time, forward speed and the direction of the second insert. It is used for all operations, mainly those of harvest, which required two vehicles that operate in a sincronized way.

On the other hand, and from the company itself is still unknown when will be launched, SIMA recognized with the silver medal the PTO of continuously variable system, which is still in evidence, and that in the near future will be incorporated in all Case IH Efficient Power tractors. This technology is based on the principle of offering the user an infinite number of forms of PTO (as opposed to four now), can be modified during use if necessary and without that diminished the power take off. To adjust the internal regulations of the tool according to the given conditions, this technology allows to achieve the desired regime of PTO to a motor system low with the following consequences: energy savings and the possibility of changing the rotational speed of the PTO during agricultural operationsensuring the tractor-herramienta relationship during progressive starts with loading or braking control of emergency. This technique means to maintain productivity, 100% mechanical efficiency and saving fuel of some 1,100 euros/year.

Another of the great innovations presented by Case IH in Paris was the new Farmall C range, is expected to reach Spain between the months of May and June. It is a 'quantum' tractor but with the particularity that has the flatbed and more power (55/65/75 CV). According to Xavier Autonell, head of Case IH in Spain, "it's a segment (50 to 70 HP) in that Case IH was not, and with this model open us the doors of a market of 2.000/2.500 tractors per year". The range combines a compact design - ideal for work on farm-; a great maneuverability; a great comfort for the driver; and an excellent ergonomicidad, with joystick integrated for a perfect control.

The Farmall C tractor will be available in Spain from May/June.
