New course in management of food safety

During the seminar, Daniel San Roman, San Román Sigma consultant, will be in charge of transmitting knowledge tools to design, implement and maintain food safety management systems in the IFS and BRC protocols. The IFS (International Food Standard) Protocol has been developed so that providers can supply safe products in accordance with the specifications and the legislation in force and which requires the introduction of a system of quality management, a system of analysis of critical points (HACCP) and the management of prerequisites and facilitiesin order to guarantee a good quality control and food safety. For its part, the BRC (British Retail Consortium abbreviations) protocol is one of the most widespread models internationally to distributors and large areas qualify their suppliers of private label products.
