Aranda of Duero will receive a new edition of the Technical Days of the Beef Lechero, of Milk Pascual

In fact, these technical seminars meet all those who bear responsibility or have an interest in the Spanish milk production. So, is it encompasses from the authorities in the administrations to farmers themselves, through veterinarians, various technicians and entrepreneurs in the different steps of the process. On this occasion, that is the eighth edition of the techniques of the dairy, the theme Conference star will be the sustainability, management and competitiveness in the dairy sector.

Sessions include, among many others, with speakers such as Josep Puxeu, Secretary of State of Rural Environment and water, the Ministry of the environment; Jelle Zijlstra, the University of Wageningen (the Netherlands) and Juan Luís Fernández Martín, head of the unit of animal products of the European Commission to discuss the prospects of the dairy sector, in different countries and from various points of view.

The octave days techniques of the dairy cattle also developed several symposia and round tables, where industry experts discuss such significant aspects as the profitability of the production in Spain, or the European environment seen as a competitor or as a reference for this livestock.
