New measures to maintain the territory and the landscape as a strategic factor for the society
November 4, 2010
Since the adoption in 2007 of Natural Heritage and biodiversity Act, some steps have been taken to promote the preservation of the territory, but it is still a long way to go and not a few aspects to be developed.
Precisely for this reason, the Professor of financial law and tax of the University of Castellón, Germán Orón Moratal, will deliver a lecture on the keys that should allow an effective custody of territory in the region of Valencia. Orón Moratal, deep knowledge of the details and complexities of the issue, will, inter alia, consider certain tax incentives to those initiatives and activities that contribute to the maintenance of a strategic key to the whole of society as it is the territory and the landscape. This specialist points out that the Spanish legislation also provides a number of tax advantages for heritage preservation of the landscape should be subjected to differential treatment by the different administrations, which should bear in mind the irreplaceable benefits provided by society as a whole.
The appointment is today 4 November at 1630 hours at Headquarters AVA-Asaja (Calle Guillem Castro, 79, Valencia).
