The Marm presents its performances of reinforcement for the agri-food sector to the table of food promotion

The general director of industries and markets food, Isabel Bombal, had a meeting with representatives of the sectoral table of food promotion. During the meeting, addressed the actions of promotion by the Ministry of the environment, and medium Rural and Marine Affairs (Marm) aimed at the most sensitive areas. Another of the issues dealt with were the next planned performances to inform about the labelling system of traceability to be put in place in the dairy sector. Finally, was proposed to professional organizations working in the development of a network of farms that receive visits by schoolchildren and explain, every day, the work of farmers and ranchers. The meeting was included in the set of commitments by the Government on measures to promote demand for agri-food products.
