Three new ranges of the Dutch Lely, protagonists of the Comeca in Fima 2010 stand

Sales of agricultural mechanization S.A. presented the new rakes in the next edition of Fima hileradores one and two Dutch manufacturer Lely Hibiscus rotors.

In total there are 12 different models covering perfectly the needs of professionals in agriculture from small farmers to large service companies.

The raking quality starts with the way to deposit the forage in the row. The teeth of the rake windrower here play a very important role. The Lely Hibiscus rakes are equipped with the tooth Ro-tine, characterized for being more flexible long and having the tip of the tooth displaced backwards with respect to the arm holders teeth. This set of features make that Lely Ro-tine teeth provide an optimum result, without polluting the feed even under the most difficult conditions, and makes the angle of 90 degrees with respect to the soil that provides its bent shape that feed is pushed to the row and not dragged.

Without a doubt the heart of any rake windrower is the rotor that activates the portadientes of the rake arms. Lely has encompassed three main functions - giro, direction and support - rotor in three types of rotors, each with its own benefits:

With a total of 17 models, the range of henificadores rakes Lely Lotus is one of the most complete in the market. In suspended or drawn versions, they adapt perfectly to the needs of professionals in agriculture from the small farmer until the large service companies.

• Splendimo MC: air-conditioning mower suspended pendulum system, transmission Topdrive and adjustable ground pressure. Conditioner "Impeller" of nylon fingers and working widths from 2.40 to 8.85 m in combined versions.
• Splendimo F/FC: front mower conditioner 'impeller' (FC) or no (F). Suspension towed with construction in parallelogram and Topdrive direct transmission to the Court bar. 2.40 Working widths, 2.80-3.20 meters.
• Splendimo PC: dragged air-conditioning mowers. Suspension towed with construction in parallelogram, conditioner 'impeller' and direct transmission Topdrive at the bar of court. 2.80 Working widths or 3.20 meters.

The most important common feature of the range of Lely Splendimo mowers is the ingenious modular Court Lely's patented bar. This bar is formed by units of Court (one for each disc) United by spacers and driven directly by a flexible hexagonal shaft. This concept implies a power of between 10 and 20% lower in comparison with court bars operated by pine nuts as minimizing losses by friction of the moving parts. Also reduce the costs of maintenance and repairs because each module of court it is sealed and greased of for life.
