The Italian brand launches a new range of enterradoras and esterilizadoras to perform a correct preparation of the ground

The formation of ridges of cultivation, on the plane of the ground, provides a number of advantages which result in a further development of the roots, encouraged by the degree of moisture that is created within the same. The inner roots to the ridged allow the plant to overcome periods of asphyxia and the most profound help to exceed the periods of reduced availability of water. In addition, the surface of the ground tends to keep dry, which reduces fungal diseases that need a layer of water to develop and that affect the neck and parts of the plant that are in contact with the ground. On the other hand, when the ridges are formed by compressing the soil on the sides of the same with the wheels of the tractor and the equipment, creates an area of lower porosity that water tends to accumulate, causing problems of stagnation, proliferation of fungi and asphyxia.

To successfully complete the preparation of the ground, Forigo-Roteritalia proposes a series of enterradoras (G25, G35 and G45) equipped with aporcadores and unionized, suitable to form ridges porous and stable, ideal for the cultivation of all species in one or two rows. The enterradoras, with respect to the milling machines and onduladoras, offer an advantage, because they create a grading stratification of the field, leaving the surface fine and deep Earth the larger lumps, stones and debris of previous crops. The concentration of fine land on the surface can become resistant over time ridges, while the presence of higher dimensions in the lower layer materials favors the excess water runoff, thus avoiding the lulls. In addition, the use of the enterradoras simplifies the tasks of the preparation of the ground, since they can operate after a primary tillage with plowing or heavy cultivator without requiring other interventions of refined.

In the event that there is no need to bury the waste or stones, Forigo-Roteritalia proposes the Douplex series (which specializes in the formation of ridges) or the series (specific for potatoes) P. All these teams are made with different working widths (from 1.5 to 4.5 metres, both fixed and folding) and are suitable to form ridges of different width and height (ideal for the cultivation of Strawberry, melon, etc.). To large farms proposes a tool that works with three enterradoras and three Douplex at the same time, allowing to obtain 4.5 to 6 m working widths and form ridges balanced, solid and porous.

In particular, the Mix Tiller can be equipped to perform at the same time the ridges and the necessary treatment for soil. Another peculiarity of this machine are its 4 bars for different distribution, that allows the treatment in the layer of the ground which is considered most appropriate, based on the types of crops and the type of product.

The Mix Tiller that has been designed for sterilisation with liquid products, fumigants, offers these prerogatives and many others, like for example the possibility to operate according to the criteria of precision agriculture.

Addition, the machine can be used to distribute liquid healing products (Mix Tiller Liquid) or solid (Mix Tiller Dry) even micro-granulados with action fumigant in fields subject to the "exhaustion of the soil". For liquids, Forigo-Roteritalia provides a simplified, highly effective, version called Deep Tiller, which has a housing in which the tank is placed directly. The use of liquid fertilizer allows to reduce costs and increase productivity wherever it is done with appropriate equipment, to ensure an adequate accuracy and a distribution in the band of land mostly exploited by the roots. The advantages offered by this group of technologies, unique in the world, can be attributed to the high accuracy of distribution to the certainty of the distributed dose, the maximum security afforded by the operator and the safeguarding of the environment.
