Castile - La Mancha recorded the highest number of sales of agricultural machinery

In General, the transactions of agricultural machinery dropped throughout the State to 21.50% compared to the month of August of 2008. So far, sales have fallen 15.24% compared to the same period of 2008, until the 1,723 units. Cumulative figures, 21.253 units were released during the first eight months of the year, while 25.074 machines were sold between January and August 2008. Team, the sale of tractors fell 30,94%, from 892 units in 2008 to 616 units in 2009. Instead, the marketing of pedestrian-controlled tractors increased 2.70 per cent, to achieve 38 units. The marketing of machinery dragged or suspended declined during the month of August, compared to the same period of the previous year to 495 units (- 16,67%), while that of trailers dropped to 454 units (- 0.44%).
