Qualimen promotes the Aragonese industry
The holding of the contest of closures of Aragon, organized by the Association of cafes and bars took place in the framework of Qualimen and which was attended by a total of eleven schools of the three Aragonese provinces. Finally, first prize went to El Torico Gourmet, in Teruel, with a lid made ravioli with Eggplant filled with small hands of pig and ham from Teruel D.O. with foie from Santa Eulalia to the plate and duck with carrion truffle cream.
Feria de Zaragoza was also the setting for the coming-out of C´alial, brand of food of Aragon. In the presentation, the President of Adepaca - the Association for the development and promotion of products of quality food-, Julian Cidraque, explained that the new corporate image is intended to "continue with the efforts to make progress and achieve better results".
