Enomaq opens its door betting on innovation

The seventeenth Enomaq Hall, which will share space with Oleomaq, has 37,000 square meters to accommodate more than 20,000 professionals from around the world with the aim of knowing the latest developments, with the latest machinery and technologies applied to the world of wine and beverages in general.

His main contribution is the electronic management of the filling with a PLC of last generation with a suitable software, what has been achieved with the replacement of the cam mechanical drive (used in the traditional fillers) by electro-pneumatic valvesthat act directly on each of the taps, can be controlled individually to modify to pleasure all phases of the process of filling.

An innovative development for the filtration of wine shall also draw the attention in this edition of Enomaq. It consists of a few new filters made with cellulose fibers, derived from raw material renewable and ecological, after its use can be used for compost. Its high purity ensures that the wine that should be filtered is not altered, while its composition and structure reducing leakage by up to 95 percent.
