Enomaq opens its door betting on innovation

The seventeenth Enomaq Hall, which will share space with Oleomaq, has 37,000 square meters to accommodate more than 20,000 professionals from around the world with the aim of knowing the latest developments, with the latest machinery and technologies applied to the world of wine and beverages in general.
In addition, and within Enomaq, will take place the technical workshop on viticulture. She will discuss the future of the wine through four papers focusing on the challenge of present and future of viticulture to climate change, the scene of the wine in the 21st century, the new packaging of wine, and in the future of the Cork industry.
Enomaq recently received with Tecnovid recognition of internationality, a distinction awarded by the Ministry of industry, tourism and trade it brings prestige to the Hall and which gives benefits to the exhibiting companies.
Innovation at the service of the wine sector
The implementation of the electronic machines has revolutionized all processes of the production of wine. New trends, machinery for treatment of wine, both analysis and laboratory materials impose search teams portable, functional, simple handling and quick results, suitable for use in warehouses and businesses of all sizes.
In the sector of machinery for bottling and auxiliary equipment, a revolutionary filler with electro-pneumatics management occurs in Enomaq. His main contribution is the electronic management of the filling with a PLC of last generation with a suitable software, what has been achieved with the replacement of the cam mechanical drive (used in the traditional fillers) by electro-pneumatic valvesthat act directly on each of the taps, can be controlled individually to modify to pleasure all phases of the process of filling.
Deposits and packaging sector, will be a French oak barrels which introduces a procedure of manufacturing innovative, with double roasted at lower temperatures, so that you get three types of specialized barrels: for white strains, strains inks and for powerful and very structured wines. With them is preserved the authenticity of ECA, the original aromas will fully respect and it makes it possible to shorten the time of aging thanks to the rapid and melted integration of wood.

The machine pulls electronics
There will be also important developments in machinery and equipment for treatment of the wine, such as a sensor of fermentation that measures continuous change of sugars to alcohol during the fermentation process. The information collected is sent to a computer that interprets the data in graphical form, getting a curve of consumption in real time. Thus the winemaker can follow fermentation with higher precision than with the traditional periodic capture of density. The software associated with this sensor also allows schedule alarms, control the cooling, the overpumping, micro-oxygenation, etc.
An innovative development for the filtration of wine shall also draw the attention in this edition of Enomaq. It consists of a few new filters made with cellulose fibers, derived from raw material renewable and ecological, after its use can be used for compost. Its high purity ensures that the wine that should be filtered is not altered, while its composition and structure reducing leakage by up to 95 percent. With these filters, and in comparison with conventional depth filtering plates, it is possible to reduce by up to 50 percent the volume of pre-rinsing and return, with the economy of resources that this represents.

Tecnovid, Oleomaq, Oleotec and Fruyver complete the agenda of fair of Zaragoza
Enomaq Hall won't find only on the grounds of the fair of Zaragoza during his days of celebration.
