Convention for the characterization of grape varieties of the D.O. Terra Alta
January 23, 2009
The Catalan Institute of vine and wine (Incavi), the Council regulator of the denomination of origin Terra Alta (CRDOTA) and the Institute for research and food technology (Irta), have signed an agreement of collaboration for an expected duration of five years, for the characterization of grape varieties of interest to the Terra Alta designation of origin.
In particular, this agreement is a continuation of the work of experimentation that have been performed by the CRDOTA and the station of viticulture and oenology (Eve) of Reus-Incavi in order to deepen the knowledge of the agronomic behaviour of the grape varieties of interest for this D.O.
