Fendt manufactures tractor with Vario number 50,000 technology
March 23, 2007
Its construction began in 1995
The history of the Vario began in 1995 with the global launch of the Fendt 926 Vario in the fair of agricultural machinery Agritechnica in Hannover. The Vario 10,000 number rolled off the production line in April 2001 and was handed over to its new owner in the acts of celebration of the anniversary. Two years later, the Dutch agricultural contractors Christ and Bart Post received the 30,000 Vario.
According to stated Agco, manufacturer worldwide of agricultural machinery and their spare parts, drivers that carry a Vario transmission do not have to worry more about what progress is correct in every moment. "Heads and hands remain free to concentrate on the job".
Initially the Vario technology was reserved for the more powerful models of the series. Now this technology has been applied to tractors Fendt in the middle segment of power. An example are the tractor 300 Vario of up to 125 HP, which were added to the line of Vario models in September 2006.
