Fima 2008 organizing Committee appoints new President
Eloy Galván Garcia takes over from its predecessor and takes the challenge the next edition.
On his appointment, Galván showed its appreciation for the confidence placed in him to continue in line with improvement of the contest. "All the experience acquired during these years put at the service of Fima, so that, together, we contribute to re-edit the success of Fima 06", noted in his speech.
Galván is agricultural technical engineer and is linked to this sector for over 30 years, holding positions of responsibility in departments of Marketing, products, training and sales of various enterprises of agricultural machinery.
Currently, he is general director of Same Deutz-Fahr Iberica S.A. and, among other responsibilities, holds the of the Committee of fairs of the National Association of agricultural machinery, forestry and green spaces (Ansemat).
The meeting of the Organizing Committee served as a starting point for the next edition of the contest, to be held between 12 and 16 February 2008.
