The Irta shares Estrella Michelin with The Vaquería

The restaurant Malena The Vaquería, situated in the place of Gimenells in Lleida, was awarded with a star Michelin in the act that took place the past 19 November in Bilbao. The restaurant of the prestigious cook Josep Maria Brown, “Xixo”, finds situated in the installations that the Irta has in Gimenells, by what that jointly created, does already six years, the Workshop of Experimental Kitchen ‘The Vaquería', situated in the same installations of him Experimental Station of Lleida.
