There is not economic growth neither employment without a competitive industrial production

The presidents of both European associations, Johann Sailer of CECE (European Association of machinery of construction) and Gilles Dryancour of CEMA (European Association of manufacturers of agricultural machinery) to which belongs Ansemat (National Association of machinery agropecuaria, forestry and of green spaces) have presented to the European Parliament a self-evident with a plan of action of ten points in which they bet by the fortress of the European industrial production and engage to exert an active paper in the attainment of the aim of the European Commission to increase the participation of the industry in the European GDP of 16% to, at least, 20% in the 2020.

Dryancour Put the emphasis in having the European institutions to attain this aim doing “a call to the EU so that the industrial competitiveness find in the centre of the formulation of European politics”, since, as it continued saying: “A strong industrial production and competitive in Europe is essential to drive to an exit of the recession and keep a common economic space rich and successful”.

In his opinion, since the world-wide competition is very high, is fundamental that establish conditions mark adapted so that the industry can attain grow, create employments and compete to international level. For this reflexionaron on ten big fields of performance that presented in a self-evident.

The summit CECE-CEMA gathered to more than 300 participants, representatives of the industry, political managers of the European Union and industrial partners that debated on the present and future of the European industry.
