Syngenta, present in the Vegetal fairs World and Iberflora
Beginning by the participation in Vegetable World, one of the important appeals of this event have been the Workshops of Calibration, sponsored by Syngenta, that also has esponsorizado diverse reports. In these workshops and reports have collaborated diverse departments of Syngenta, like Stewardship, integrated Solutions for each crop (ICS), Marketing, R&D and Sales. The workshops of calibration have carried to Vegetable World the effort of Syngenta for improving the learning of technicians and agriculturalists to the hour to know calibrate his equipment atomisers, with the end to achieve a greater efficiency of the treatment, avoiding losses of products and bad agricultural practices. During the workshops has been able to know some appearances of the new legislation on sustainable use of phytosanitary ware products and on inspection of equipment atomisers, as well as the agricultural best practices to the hour to realizar phytosanitary ware treatments. The assistants have learnt to calibrate properly an atomiser, in this case thinking in the application in citrus fruit.
Regarding the reports, Syngenta participated actively in the Day ‘The adviser in the application of the integrated management of plagues (GIP)' and presented his solutions in this field. Rui Correia, technical manager of Speciality Crops of Syngenta, presented in the first place Dardo, a new solution biotecnológica for the control of one of the most important plagues of the citrus fruit, the red louse of California. Dardo presents an original mechanism of action based in the broadcast of a pheromone that the female of this plague segrega of natural form to attract to the males, mate and procrear. The diffusers of Dardo issue this same pheromone so that the males are not able to orient to the females, causing a significant descent of the matings and therefore preventing his multiplication.

With regard to the International Fair of the flower, technology and bricojardín, Syngenta has wanted to centre his exhibition in the concept ‘But near of you', thinking like a customer and knowing the needs of this and of all the chain of value, developing distinct tools so much genetic and of format that have presented during these days. Between these tools stands out the web doitdelta, created for final consumer with some councils of utilisation and of conservation in garden or the varieties of Cyclamen Rainer or Sierra Synchro, that have an excellent adaptation to our south climatology and of which could see a sample of all the colours.
A concept that liked a lot in the fair is the new possibility that Syngenta offers to his customers to be able to go in to his gallery of photos through his web, in which they find infinity of photos of all the varieties in distinct formats that can download and use for the production of promotional material for in the point of sale, etc.
