With this title has published the book that collects the summary of the activities tackled in the field of the project 'Products cárnicos for the 21st century: insurance, nutritious and healthy' (Carnisenusa), funded in 2007 by the Ministry of Education and Science inside the program Consolider-Wit 2010.
