It characterises by his no impact on the environingingment and not leaving waste on the harvest treated.
This product is fruit of a conjoint project between the Polytechnical University of Valencia, the Valencian company Ecology and Agricultural Protection and Syngenta.
This technology is an original mechanism of action based in the broadcast of a pheromone that the female of this plague segrega of natural form to attract to the males, mate and procrear. The diffusers of Dardo issue this same pheromone so that the males are not able to orient to the females, causing a significant descent of the apareamientos and therefore preventing his multiplication. This achieves applying the diffusers of Dardo before the males initiate his first flight (finals of March). Of this way can control until 3 generations of this cochinilla.
Dardo presents in a blistar that places in the centre of each tree and with an alone application control three generations.
The use of Dardo goes to allow a control of this plague of a more natural form, reducing the use of phytosanitary ware conventional and making possible to the agriculturalists adapt to the requirements requested by the chains of food distribution.
