The Irta organises a course on dried of products cárnicos, equipment and installations

The aim of the course is to give to know the behaviour of the product cárnico during the dried and the needs of the secadero to attain the demands that requires the process. Also it will study the operation of the dryers of products cárnicos and his maintenance, as well as the appearances of the taking of decision to the hour to purchase a dryer.
