The mark launches editions limited and in silver to celebrate the chamber of century

The introduction in 1987 of the series Magnum was one of the milestones in the development of the tractor of high performance of Marry IH. With a design directed fully to satisfy the needs of a new generation of big agricultural exploitations, the tractor Magnum quickly turned into synonymous of efficiency, durability, confort and extraordinary power. Marry IH celebrates now the 25 anniversary of the tractors Magnum of a very special way.

From his launching 25 years ago, the Magnum has turned into the standard of the industry in conventional agricultural tractors of high power, representing innovative technology, high performance, reliability and the satisfaction and confidence that generate these qualities. Whereas the name and his attributes remain invariable, the technology of this tractor has evolved with each new generation –and the last range now includes an edition limited of tractors Magnum very special–. “The technology only can lead the market in the long term if it treats of high quality, high performance and high reliability”, says Gabriele Hammerschmid, director of Marketing of tractors Marry IH in Europe. “The celebration of the 25 anniversary of the tractors Magnum with an edition limited in silver, speech by himself alone of the recognition that have obtained these attributes between the agriculturalists. One of the keys of this success is that the design and the development of the Magnum have been always based in the needs and requests of the modern agricultural exploitations”.

Looking to the future, the agriculturalists know what expect of the tractors Magnum: elder improves to be able to face up to demanding works in difficult conditions, an excellent efficiency in the fuel, greater capacity of work in field and greater speed in road, lower maintenance, and the greater possible reliability, as well as an exceptional confort of the driver for an activity without fatigue.

“But neither the most innovative and powerful technology can compensate that the maintenance engage the time of operation”, signals Hammerschmid. “Marry IH recognises that our customers make money only when they can use his Magnums in the field or in works of transport, but when they realise works of maintenance, these tractors do not result profitable. It is thus that the last Magnums are especially easy of maintenance and very robust. For example, the changes of oil are only necessary each 600 hours of activity”, adds.

In the year of his anniversary, the range Magnum is available in Europe in five models in the rank between 235 and 340 CV (maximum power 273 to 398 CV). The current generation of tractors Magnum is instrumented with the last technology of engine SCR that ensures an optimum power with the minimum level of consumption of fuel and broadcasts. A system of gestión of the power of the engine, available under request, contributes other 49 CV additional, what translates in a reservation of power of until 14%. Also it incorporates of series a System of Automatic Gestión of the Productivity that controls the speed of the engine and the selection of course depending of the type of activity, for a maximum efficiency.

To celebrate the 25 anniversary, Marry IH is manufacturing a number limited of tractor trucks Magnum Silver Edition. In Europe, will be available only 25 of the tractors Magnum 340 in a special design in silver, converting like this in a distinctive piece in the fleet of tractors of the lucky buyers.
