The chain of value of the dairy sector, to debate

The next 5 November, the headquarters of the Foundation Agricultural Forum in Madrid will receive the workshop of debate 'The chain of value of the dairy sector: current situation and perspectives. A day that will inaugurate Fernando Burgaz Moreno, general director of Alimentary Industries of the MAGRAMA and that will have the introduction of Julián Briz Escribano, coordinator of the Observatory of hygiene and Chain of Alimentary Value.

The workshop will tackle subjects like the importance of the last agreements attained; learning and application of costs and prices in the chain of value, the regularisation of the market: intervention, control of quality and trazabilidad; vertical integration and horizontal in the design of commercial strategies and capacity of answer of the sector in front of the current crisis.
