Vintage machining systems: the grapes collected between two qualities marked by the winemaker is automatically selected

Picture of Vintage machining systems
The Enocontrol system, automatically selects the grapes collected between two qualities marked by the oenologist of the winery in order to vinify those grapes separately to analyze differences in excellence in the quality of the wines in a few months.

Enocontrol is a step in the viticulture of precision that the multinational New Holland as an option has developed commercially for its range of pickers B9000. With Enocontrol the grape advances through the vineyard, following a map of qualities previously developed with the indications of the winery, is selecting grapes automatically and depositing it in each of the hoppers depending on the quality.

The New Holland B9000 pickers can be equipped with Enocontrol from factory, incorporating a mechanical conveyor system that directs the grape into a hopper or the other according to the orders of the central computer. I.e., if the machine is going through an area marked 'A' quality, grape is directed toward the hopper 'A', and if it enters an area of quality 'B', the grape will hopper 'B'. The system also allows using the machine in normal way, filling the two hoppers with the same quality, if it is necessary, or even manually select which hopper will go the harvested grapes.
