The steamer model MAC - 30M, is intended primarily for cooking tuna, and may perform other functions such as those of bleached and cooking of vegetable products in static process.

There is also the possibility to use the cooker in industrial processes with non-food products requiring treatment in inert atmosphere in its manufacturing process.

The process once certain parameters starts and ends fully automated up to the total cooling of the process when the preset temperature of the product.

Below are the possible process variants: • fully automatic choosing the total process temperatures.

• Fully automatic choosing the total process for preset times.

• Fully manual operating each of the cycles at will.

• When the entire process is operated in automatic mode is controlled by the computer.

• You can modify any parameter of times during the process.

• During the automatic process can switch to manual if it is suitable for a specific reason.

An integrated program on the PC controls the vacuum and temperature so not the "flashing" phenomenon may occur during cooling.
