Recolectores Of fruit: the fruit transport individually by means of cazoletas of rubber
AF-10 Evolution is a system of recolección of fruit of maximum reliability and quality with the deal of the fruit with a possible half performance of 600 units/minute. If 6 units weigh 1 kg, the performance would be of 100 kg/main
Characteristic min. of the system:
- The fruit transport individually by means of cazoletas of rubber very flexible, where is impossible that of a hit, a prick of mango or mark a brush. His design does that it go up the fruit upwards, go down them and leave them on of the giratorio of filled without any mechanism neither hit.
- The arms, by his design, allow an angle of work of 180º, leaving always the fruit of one in one to the centre of the cazoletas, and very easy to handle, The ones of the leading part allow a twist of 270º, what facilitates the entrance in the rows without having to fold them and deposit fruit in them from the first moment.
- The synchronisation between the speed of the tapestry of the arms with the chain that carries the cazoletas, makes possible the individualisation.
- The chain where go atornilladas the cazoletas, is of polyamide, no precise maintenance and is of easy mount. The first carry 1.300 hours of work and are the same that the first day.
- Each arm leaves the fruit in his line of cazoletas, and each one of the 6 lines, leaves it in six different points inside the diameter of 880 mm of the giratorio.
Phase of attachment of the fruit to the palot/bin:
The giratorio of filled, turns inside the palot (BIN), this does not turn. It carries six tapestries of entrance and eight of exit that are those that join up the fruit on of the others inside the palot. So that they understand it better, in the traditional machine, all the fruit go to a tapestry and this delivers them by the palot while this goes turning and a sensor corrects the level of filled.
The AF-10 Evolution, consists of 6 arms, each one of them forms part of a line of transport with cazoletas. There are 6 lines of transport, that in a first phase, each line deposits the fruit in his corresponding faldón of attachment to the giratorio. The second phase is the step of the fruit of the faldones of attachment to one of the 8 faldones of the giratorio, each one has the exit in a different point of the palot. The third phase, is when of these 8 faldones, the fruit is deposited in the palot and thanks to the sensors incorporated, guarantees a level of filled optimum in all the surface of the palot.
