Harvesters: models with 4 or 5 shakers

Picture of Harvesters
The TC5000 combines explores a new phase in which advanced technology engines comply with the stringent standards on emissions and fuel economy requirements. Manufactured with proven technology, they incorporate the advances in engines and collection technology to offer simplicity of operation, with maximum performance and lower maintenance costs. Its design speaks of advanced technology and reflects the professionalism of the operator.

The TC5000 series offers different models. It is possible to choose between models with 4 or 5 shakers, all of hydrostatic transmission. With a combustion process, highly accurate and precise control of injection engines remove New Holland new TC5000 series have a power range between 175 and 258 HP. Advanced control systems of the head and the greater number of controls in the cockpit to control combine allow to increase operator efficiency and the productivity of the machine. For his part, self-leveling chassis model TC5080 Hillside keeps intact the capacity when working in areas with high slope. TC5000 combines autonomy increases thanks to the large hoppers, and therefore increases the tranquility of the operator and the daily performance.

The attention of the operator concentrates mainly on maintaining the correct position of the head. Ground pressure indicator and the cutting height indicator allow the driver to keep a consistent cutting height, which is especially useful when working at night. When working on uneven terrain with heads up to 5.18 m in width, the optional system Controlfloat controls the height of the head to facilitate the task of the operator, automatically adjusting the height of the head according to the signals from sensors in the external head pads. Heads up to 6.03 m in width, the optional system Autofloat controls the height of the head, automatically adjusting the head both sideways and vertically.

To maintain a high speed of work, they are necessary adequate systems of automatic control of height and head compensation. Nitrogen accumulators make pneumatic compensation and come standard on all models. To work on uneven terrain, the throat of the model TC5070 is ready to install and the Autofloat system, which automatically keeps the head parallel to the ground. A similar rise system can be installed on machines that do not have throat side buoyant, / down to automatically control the height of the head, called Controlfloat.

From the cockpit it can power an electric motor of great power that reverses the elevator and head to this binding.
