The International Living room of the Ecological Wines, Natural and Biodinámicos, Vinum Nature 2014, has like aim spread and facilitate the trade and the consumption of the ecological wines; some honest wines, healthy and respectful with the consumer and the environingingment. As in previous editions, the fair will gather the most representative sample of cellars and distributors of this type of wines to answer to the current citizen demand of the products bio, more natural. The Living room will open his doors the next 27 March in the Maritime Museum of Barcelona, in which it expects the assistance of 84 cellars, national and international, that will expose more than 400 wines. During Fair, that presents in format show-room, in addition to being able to taste all the ecological wines that present , the interested will be able to assist to tastings guided of high level and to technical reports where will analyse different forms to understand and elaborate organic wines: calm or espumosos, produced with ecological agriculture, biodinámica, without additives and respectful with the surroundings. The living room also incorporates parallel activities thought for the public interested, the sector of the catering and the vinaterías.
The technical reports will give by experts stood out of the world of the wine, between which stand out Sara Pérez, of Command do Bibei; Ton Kills of Cellars Recaredo; Joan Rubió and Ferran Centelles of Wineissocial; and Joan Valencia of Cuvée 3.000, among others, that will offer information on the concepts of vicinity SlowFood and of sustainability. To the event will not be missing the winners of the awards VN-Golden Leaf and VN-Sustainable Action awarded, respectively, by the publisher Ecomundis to the better wines valued of the Guide Vinum nature 2014 and to the cellars with better practical in matter of sustainability.
